NEC America, Inc. has authorized NECC to sell, install and service the fully digital Electra Elite IPK family of systems and the NEAX 2000 Internet Protocol Server (IPS) and NEAX 2400 IMX/IPX systems. These systems modularly grow to 512 ports and beyond with the addition of circuit cards and Port Interface Modules (PIMS).

NECC purchases the Electra ELITE IPK systems as well as the NEAX 2000 IVS/IPS and 2400 IMX/IPX directly from NEC America, Inc.  We maintain a full complement of spare circuit cards, telephones and systems in our Rocky Hill warehouse.

VEHICLE FLEET:  NECC maintains a fleet of service vehicles.  Each vehicle is stocked with a full complement of spares and tools dependant upon each technician’s training level and customer base.

A typical vehicle will contain printed circuit boards, wire, telephones and repair manuals.

All technicians are beeper dispatched and can be accessed at any time for emergency response when necessary. There are technical and managerial service personnel on call 24/7 to provide the routine and emergency service your business requires.
