Incorporated in 1986, New England Communications Corporation specialized in providing service to the large list of ITT customers adversely affected when ITT decided to sell its telephone business.
 
Today, New England Communications Corporation specializes in telephone systems, voice mail systems, and communications solutions manufactured by NEC Unified Solutions, Inc.
 
NEC Unified Solutions, Inc., has authorized New England Communications Corporation to sell, install and service the SV8000 family of communications servers. In fact, NECC is the only NEC Dealer exclusively selling the SV8000 series product line in our area  These servers modularly grow to 512 ports and beyond with the addition of circuit blades and chassis.
 
NEC Unified Solutions, Inc.'s technical and marketing support staff backs New England Communications Corporation and our customers. New England Communications Corporation has become the largest Active Voice dealer in Connecticut for the PC-based Voice Processing systems called REPARTEE VP and REPARTEE CTI. Starting as small as two ports, up to ninety ports, and starting at four hours, to 1,700 hours of storage, the Active Voice systems handle Automated Attendant, Voice Mail, Audiotext and Fax notification as standard on all systems. Optional Fax Store and Forward and a Telanophy (Unified Messaging) interface to local area networks (LANs) offer advanced features for the sophisticated user.

New England Communications Corporation purchases all of the SV8000 series products as well as the currently supported NEC legacy products directly from NEC Unified Solutions, Inc. We maintain a full complement of spare circuit cards, blades, telephones and systems in our Rocky Hill warehouse.
 
VEHICLE FLEET: New England Communications Corporation maintains a fleet of service vehicles. Each vehicle is stocked with a full complement of spare parts and tools dependent upon each technician’s training level and customer base.
 
A typical vehicle will contain printed circuit boards, wire, telephones and repair manuals.
